Wearing hats inside...what to do?

I think it depends on the situation, if you are walking around inside it's ok but when you are sitting down like on a train it is best off. Yes I agree with the restaurant situation they should be off but what about a cafe?... depends on how casual it is.

What does everyone else think?

bought my first hat yesterday, wore it in the crowd for the first time today, ive noticed many people looking at me. i feel some type of way inside when i see them looking at me because i dont know what theyre thinking, but im getting used to people looking at me :)

I'm crazy about hats lol. I'd go back to the 40's or 50's when people had better class and style.

I agree, men do look sharp in hats! However, one of my big pet peeves is men wearing hats indoors. It is still considered good etiquette for men to take them off inside. Baseball caps are the bane of my existence, and whenever I see guys eating in restaurants with them on, I just cringe. They do the opposite of what a stylish fedora does.

nice video! i where a hat every day, i used to were a Indiana Jones hat everywhere but then i got a stingy brim blues brothers style hat and maybe even a classic black fur felt 50s style fedora

@petfun1 Yeah, I wear my replica WWI campaign hat every day. I love it! It's a bit awkward on elevators, though.. Oh, and the "Do yourself a favor, and buy a hat!" part was fantastic. Have you considered appearing in a commercial? I felt that you were quite convincing.
