There is a lot more that the likes of Google can be doing to support the whistleblowing process and the fight against sellers of counterfeit goods.

Public awareness: the reporting hotline for the country could be hosted directly and obvious in the Google main web search page, the Google main shopping search page, and again in the Google search results pages.
