TIme Machine backups everything! Boot off the OS CD and select Time Machine from Utilities Menu. Select Restore From Time Machine Backup and Everything Comes Over.

Done!

I think you should do a short video on what is terminal and how to get there, so you dont have to explain it every time.

so if i had to use an external drive to back up, can i then move all of the files (ie apps, widgets) back to the internal drive and not use the external drive for bootup again? in essence, i want to know if after i use my backup, will it be as if nothing ever happened??
