  • The phrase, "healthy cereal," makes no sense. Yay, sugar, carbs, and a little bit of protein, zero fat (skim milk of course!). Yup, that'll fill you up and slim you down.

  • Get a nice dose of gluten and jack your blood sugar at the same time. Why is it the dietitians always give the worst advice when it comes to diet? No thanks!

  • @HarukaHatter by all means, hate till the day you're fucking dead. i'm too busy to enjoying life by running marathons and biking in promotional races. in fact, my doc says i need mass amounts of calories to keep up with my activities.
