  • aurgh this is so hard! Especially when you have to do it with your butt down low in a semi-squat position...but really good for field hockey.

  • I used to do this a lot while I was in elementary school, always gave me the advantage in terms of stamina :)

  • He makes this look like fun. Especially in slow motion. Great use of energy.
