Den Papierdrachen bekommst Du aus dem WoW Trading Card Game (TCG). Dort gibt es je Serie 3 verchiedene Lootkarten mit Ingamecontent. Die restlichen gehören wirklich zum Kartenspiel. Auf eBay kannst Du die Lootkarte vermutlich direkt zum Kauf finden. Auf der Karte ist ein Code, den Zu zuerst in einem Servercode umwandeln musst und dann in Booty Bay gegen den Gegenstand einlösen.

The name of the pet is "Dragon Kite" and you get it from the WoW TCG card "Kiting" from "March of the Legion".
