@HyperSonicSquall I liked the sequel too. It wasn't as polished as the original was and I didn't like the new "dream masks" thing, but it wasn't bad by any means.

that over shooting after you fly back up in the air really threw me off at first. I know the original sega saturn version didn't have that glitch.
Wonderful game though! It's a real shame Sega just keeps ignoring it. Just port this game to the PSN or XBLA or something, there's no excuse, not after the PS2 remake.

What the hell was wrong with the Wii sequel?
It was bright, colorful, and pretty damn good looking save for the dreary hubworld.
Granted it would positively phenomenal on a console.... ahem, made specifically for graphical greatness but the sequel is fine as it is.
I'm sick of all this hate for the sequel. There's nothing wrong with it. There's no waggle, the control is just fine, it's bright, dreamy, full of all kinds of great locales and enemies, and the story is fairy tale fine.

I remember playing this game religiously when I was a kid. This vid brings back some great memories of simpler times.
