Thanks! I am just not eating as much, right now I am walkin half a mile 5 times a week. I am fixin to buy a weight set. that is all I guess.

great job on the watch being looser. It's nice to start noticing changes while losing weight :). You'll reach a mile in good time. Going for more than a half mile is awesome :). My friend Scott (draconus207) loves pizza and has a problem with it. If you could talk to him about it, maybe you two can do something together. He goes to Little Caesars on his way home from work and he eats it like 2-3 times a week :( You have a great challenge ahead of yoU :)

Awesome weight loss! You can do even more by monitoring what you eat and you're on the right track by cutting down the pizza. Do you mean 3x for the whole month, or 3x/week? I can't wait to see how much you lose as you keep up the walking and water and keep away from soda AND start cutting out the junk (didn't you cut out most fast food a few months ago?). You're doing great! :D <3

I have not been fast food on about a month. cause I am broke! LOL!! 3x a week!!! If it was a month I would try 4 time a month but the time is not now for that, maybe in the future. Thanks!

Duke, I agree - just keep doing those half-miles, and you will build up! Pizza is my weakness too! I'm so proud of you. Have I said that lately?

Keep going my man, the miles will continue to grow. I just did 18 this past Friday and I'm 364 lbs.
