Sadly, this summer of 2011 saw the closure of Blue Tente project. You surely will be missed my friend! This is mine and Pulsar's tribute to his amazing work!

This comes as no wonder these days, as the trance scene has shifted a lot in the past 2 years towards a more progressive sounds, and the ever occurring fusion with house music, the so called trouse. Leaving the true uplifting emotional trance being less and less supported by the big names. We cant say for sure if that was the case with Blue Tente, but it surely had some impact on his decision.

This certainly will be a big loss for the Pulsar label and for the fans of Blue Tente, as he really knew how to achieve that big sounding wave of emotions. Once he sent me the 'Lost Signal' and 'Pulsar' I didn't think twice should I sign them or not.

The Lost Signal, leading track in this EP comes in two versions, the belearic and the uplifting mix.

It was a hard call deciding which track to feature in the next promo video as the quality is really outstanding. I've settled down with the Lost Signal's balearic mix as it was more dynamic to me with those plucked instruments, but the uplifting version of it really doesn't stay behind so much, as it features a crying lead in in it's break that belearic doesn't. Hopefully you will prefer both.

The follow up is the Pulsar track, that comes in versions of uplifting mix and radio edit.

The interesting thing with Pulsar is that it doesn't carry the same name as the label for no reason. The track is actually dedicated to Pulsar Recordings! It was such a great honor when Blue Tente told me about this and presented it to me. An amazing uplifting choon, with his familiar "will blow you out of this world" drops mixed with beautiful waves of emotions. This is why you will be missed the mostly my friend!

The video for the Pulsar track has been done by my friend Lisa 'TranceDivine', and would like to thank her for taking part in this project.
