Origami Basics: Preliminary Fold

This video demonstrates how to fold a Preliminary Fold. It's sometimes also called a Preliminary Base. Very often diagrams ask you to start with a specific base, so knowing how to fold them is important.

If it's at all possible, do you think that you could maybe post videos of how to make the kawasaki rose? It seems as though I can only make these complex models when you show us how. That is, After you're done with this series. btw, love the vids. Keep it up. thnx.
