ok i was following all your steps (trying to replace my screen) after i connected everything back and turn it on the screen is black. i try pressing the home button and it's still black. so i connect it to my computer and it's still black but it's responding in iTunes because it says : iTunes was unable to load data class information from Sync Services please help

No wonder IT professionals charge so much. I am sure you couldn't have dragged out this video any longer had you tried! I am going to post a video of paint drying which will be infinitely less boring.

@starsdb When we made the repair, there was no other documented repair video available. You are right, we could have recklessly tore it apart and possibly fixed it more quickly. Read the comments (for instance the last two), many people who did it recklessly wrecked their phone. The point of us making the video was to show uncut what we did to fix ours. It was not intended to be entertainment.
