This system looks so beautiful. I mean look at the lights and everything when its on. Sooo perfect. I remember talking about this system in grade 8 and people said it was fake. None of us knew it was a real thing in Japan LOL

wow japanese boxart is a million times better than the US

Also, while playing game mode using Panasonic Q, You can turn it off and/or Press and hold the power button and the game mode is now in NTSC.

Just think. If this came out instead of the original Gamecube, think how much better and more popular it would be compared to the Bulky Xbox and quite annoying Ps22? :)

@vilane421 eBay, most likely, or Craigslist. GBA games? Possibly, if the Game Boy Player is compatible. DS games? No, this came out before the DS even existed.

This is what Nintendo should have released for the cube in the rest of the world , they would have been in a better position
Maybe Panasonic will make the WiiQ (pronounced WEEK)

Could be based on changing climate I suppose too. When I used mine after a few years of sitting, the belt went bad but, could have been a situation were flux of extreme heat and cold could have done something to it. I was using a well insulated storage space to hold all my stuff for a while but maybe it wasn't that good.

I thought about keeping mine stashed away but, from my experience, this model in particular, the belt that opens the tray goes bad if you don't use it. Kept mine out of use for about 3 years then plugged it in to test it out and found that the belt that opened the tray ha formed around one of the pullies and made a bump which when I tried to open it, all I could hear was the motor turning. Replaced it and vowed to take out my machines at least once or twice a year for testing since then.
