Well,I have enjoyed your video's so much,that I told the girls about you on our weight loss thread.There is 100 plus gals,some months,other months,not as many.But know they will be inspired by you as well.I've lost 93 pounds myself,and have 40 still to go.Hope I do as well as you have.I always get back up and keep going if I mess up.And I do.But after 4 yrs,I'm still n it 4 the long haul.Thanks for sharing.Your beautiful and awesome for sharing your story and journey,motivating us all 2 do it!

@macomarell, I don't think you looked too skinny at all. I think you looked great! What an amazing transformation. Did you gain the weight back out of depression or out of increased social activity that usually revolves around eating? I find that when I get to feeling and looking great, I get complacent and too involved in enjoying life to realize I'm repeating the bad habits that took such a great life away from me to begin with. Going out with friends to eat/drink and too fun to exercise.

Well you might like to hear that I have gained 30 pounds since this video. I am about to jump start and new loss.
Yes, a gain but I did manage to keep off 100 pounds for almost 2 years.

@KayeLaSha Thanks, I am working at getting myself back to how I felt when I made this video. I have gained 20 pounds since I made it. I will get there, I want to be wearing those clothes again soon.
