Monday, June 15, 2009: In a meeting of the subcommittee on private members business, opposition MPs Marlene Jennings (Liberal), Christiane Gagnon (Bloc), and Chris Charleton (NDP) try to kill Bill C-391 even though there are no procedural grounds keeping the bill from being votable. In this second clip, the opposition members realize that the meeting is public, and immediately move to make it secret (or "in camera").

For the record, "In-camera" is a recorded session which is recorded rather than publicly seen. It insulates sensitive information. Or, as madame jenningson would have it, a way of keeping the proceedings out of fair scrutiny.
As for the result ... it is clear who won: it's on you tube and not in-camera.
