I have this same boat and use it extensively. With a hull mounted GPS in a 30 knot wind (not recommended) hull speed has been almost 19.5 knots.

Our average that day was 5.2 mph with a max speed of 11.4 mph, so somewhere between them I would guess.
They are a lot of fun. Feels even faster than a 14 because of siting only 4 inches from the water.
