I totally eat this EVERY winter. except when i make it i dont measure a thing, I like mine like a milk shake though. soooo good. Thanks to my granny! :D

Its quite difefrent from how i make mine.
Two cups of milk. (make sure its 2%milk)
One cup of sweetened condensed milk
Two and a half teaspoon of vanilla extract
One cup of icing sugar
Four cups of fresh snow
In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredient except for snow.
Add the mixture onto the snow and beat with a wooden spoon. Keep stirring, until mixture turns fluffy and no crumbles of snow left.
Serve with chocolate syrup and enjoy!
