The guitar during "Could it be he's some old jailbird..." is my favorite part. <3 It sounds perfect with Philip Quast's voice.

@DrinkOmally I disagree. I think the Thenardiers' voices aren't supposed to be particularly pleasant. Not bad, just a little dissident.
-
the thenardiers in this fucking suck, should of used either the original london or broadway. Mme thenardier sounds like some dirty old lady and thenardier sounds like he has sand paper down his throat
-
madame tenardier sounds like an old crabby grandma. i like it :)
-
Philip Quast is flippin' AMAZING, best Javert hand's down!!!!! :D
-
Kaho is great here! Her voice is fantastic! Not as great as Lea Salonga of course, but for someone who was never too good in English sang her songs pretty well in this recording. :)

got to this part in the book yesterday...started singing under my breath...teachers looked at me like i was crazy
-
@spotonigiri Mine has Attack on Rue Plumet but it's missing a lot of the rest of these tidbits. It's a real shame
-
Also, Kaho is amazing, she's possibly my second all-time favourite Eponine, next to Lea.
Philip Quast.......
I love him so so so much.
