Honorable J Walter Tejada at Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR)

Honorable J. Walter Tejada, member of the Arlington County Board testifies at thematic hearing on "Human Rights and Deportation and Detention Policies of Migrants in the United States" that was held Monday, March 28, 2011 during the 141st Period of Sessions of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR). The hearing was called by the Transnational Legal Clinic of the University of Pennsylvania, the Women's Refugee Commission, the Immigration Clinic of the University of Texas School of Law, the Rights Working Group, and the National Immigration Forum. The United States government also participated.
