@vmartelli11 tienes razon edgardo codesal de nacionalidad uruguaya y nacionalizado mexicano fue el que pito esta final, en ese entonces habia varios arbitros mexicanos que tenian mejor nivel que este monigote pero le hicieron el favor de mandarlo a ese mundial y regalarle arbitrar la final en representacion del arbitraje mexicano porque era yerno del presidente de la federacion de futbol, este pendejo nunca fue buen arbitro y despues de ese mundial se retiro.

The referee later said there was no foul at all & admitted it. Argentina was robbed of a World Cup victory. From the way I see it: Germany won 2 world cups & Argentina won 3 world cups. The referee was Mexican to which explains why Mexico always loses to Argentina, a curse!
