President Barack Obama in a very unpresidential move, criticizes the Supreme Court and lies on two accounts.
First this move did not reverse centuries of law, as corporations are still limited or can be banned
from giving directly to candidates which was the campaign finance reform that began centuries ago. http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/01/27/blogging-the-presidents-address...

Secondly as Justice Kennedy wrote in his opinion, foreign corporations are still banned from giving.

Obama lies on both accounts, and Alito just shakes his head and says not true. For more info on Obama and his lies visit http://exposeobama.com

  • @mandostyle59 There is no such thing as a "greater good of the people" in democracy because ultimately the "greater good" is to be decided by a what a minority group decides it is.

A job is a contract, when one party of the contract no longer feels it should exist, it is disbanded. That's completely different from the monopoly of violent force that the government has by its very nature. Only violent force is illegitimate. You have right to your speech but you don't have a right to a job.

  • @mandostyle59 Lol, no we have ourselves to thank. It's one taxpayer paying for another. The labor movement has cost American workers millions of jobs by forcing them to be non-competitive against foreign labor.

  • AMEN!!!!

  • By the way, do you like your company paid health care, vacation and sick days? Ever pick up a couple of unemployment checks between jobs? You have the US labor movement to thank.

  • The unions are a concern. Corporations are a bigger one. 70% of all US profits go to the top 500 corps, 1% of all US companies. I love how US does business. But Democracy is not a for-profit venture. Its priorities are the greater good of its people. Ex: In US you have a right to publicly call Obama a liar. If Obama tries to jail you for it, defend your rights in courts we pay for. Send your boss a public e-mail calling him a liar. Then you can find out how well Medicare works for yourself.

  • Impeach Obama. He is a lying piece of crap.

  • @mandostyle59 perpetuated by Clinton and his do nothing attitude. Dems holding up the bush admin and their childish attitudes. 8 months after bush was elected, he still didn't have everyone in place, thanks to the dems holding him up......

  • LOL, thank's to Slick Willy.

  • I guess you are also against the influence Unions have on elections and all the $millions$ they pour into a candidate or campaign. I like how the SEIU threatened the Obama administration publicly. They gave to get him elected and now they want something back; like a big hand in Universal Healthcare=larger Union member pool=more money=more political influence. You must also be against the tax dollars (100's of millions and billions) promised to certain members of Congress for health care votes.

  • You mean the way George Bush kept us safe on Sept. 11th, 2001?
