Qipao could be considered traditional dress, but Classical however? No! That honor belongs to the Hanfu alone, the clothes of China for thousands of years. The Qipao has only been around for a few hundred. It's like comparing Traditional Chinese Writing to Classical Chinese Writing, and these dresses have been modernized so they are more like Simplified Chinese than anything else.
