  • haunting piece. I would recommend Louis Lortie's recording also.

  • It sounds too chaotic and he managed to scare me few times. I think that this isn't that dramatic and monumental piece. I find it more mystical, like recalling old memories with glimmering fading away at the ending.

  • I see a soul running away to this etude.

  • This is such a fiery, yet reflective piece. Chopin had the most incredible left hand capability and thankfully the creative genius to compose for it in his works.

  • Excellent piece. (I especially love the last three measures of this etude. Did Chopin borrow them from Rachmaninoff?---just kidding---)
