This instructor is very sound in technique. I've watched hundreds of instructional video on Youtube, and thus far, this instructor is the best. Listen, watch and learn for him. Btw, I am a local tennis coach myself.

No worries, it's actually a tough thing to do especially when you're up against someone who can hit very heavy topspin shots. I looked at Mario's technique and I can safely say he hits the ball on the rise and not wait for shots like I do =P
On the other hand, I have problems hitting straight backhand in a match. My shots often goes towards the right of the court. Any tips on shot placements on bh?? =)

@Ferreristic Hmm. In other words, I'm not treating my backhand like my forehand in that I'm not attacking the ball. Rather, I'm waiting. I'll try that. Thanks!

You might need to hit it at the rise, which means that you need to meet the ball earlier. Alternatively, you could wait for the ball to drop to waist height and execute a shot.

Hey Mario, I have problems hitting my backhand shot straight. Whenever I return my backhand, it's always heading towards the right side of the court from my position. Any tips on how to make correct shot placement with my backhand?
Btw, can you make videos on volleying and net coverage too? =)

Mario, how do I hit a one-handed backhand when the ball has already bounced high enough to be at shoulder height or above?
I keep having to slice it back. Thank you:)
Great, finally found this one hand backhand video I am looking for.
Pretty good, I will keep practicing it. However, sometimes I found out the ball I hitting out, I am not able to "looping" the ball. Is that because I didn't under the ball and following the circular motion?

@mluvw47 Probably, you also may be a little to far from the ball, causing you to swing on a semi even plane, get a little closer and the racquet will drop a little lower naturaly .... good luck !!!
