You should have watched earlier parts to figure it out. But since I'm a nice guy, I might as well tell you. You need to fight Graham, but before you fight him, have Flame Demon, Giant Bat and Succubus equipped. Once that is done, the dark power should be lifted.

Yeah. You won't believe where this track made its debut. Haunted Castle for the Arcade. One of the best Castlevania games had music from one of the worst Castlevania games.
