9th St. Bicycle Park in Austin Texas in HD

Some kids in Austin got together and built this park on a old lot and then went to the city and asked if they could keep it. The City said yes!! It is Austin after all! LoL

ya'll are bad ass! You need soom heavier local rock music in the background for this kind of stuff. This music sound like you sitting in the grass looking at clouds and pointing out the ones that look like puppies and holding hands with your highschool sweetheart, not that there's anything wrong with that but um yeah anyways....

Actually the city came in and tore it down because it was dangerous and unkept. That was after the BMX crowd had gone in and started building it up. The neighborhood which is mostly businesses and rather expensive housing fought the city and petitioned to allow the kids to have control of the park. The city listened and allows the park to be controlled by the BMX riders. It's only a small section of the entire park, and the riders change it constantly.
