if you didn't notice, it's already a commercial... it's point is for as many people as possible to see it so they can buy duct tape... and later if he actually does those things you're saying and starts making money, THEN he would commit a crime. Until then, he's using the video fairly.

well if you're that young you're probably just not familiar with the concept of "Fair Use". See in every law there is an exception, and in copyright, you are not committing a crime if you are just using it as "Fair Use" which basically means you are not making money of it. That's what all youtube videos are. Especially commercials, because noone charges for those to begin with. He's actually doing a duct company a favor. But anyway, fair use includes lending your friend ur cd...

What??? Yeah i figured the uploader didn't make the video... i figured the duct tape company did. The uploader is acting like a movie theatre (except for nonprofit) and showing us something someone else made. What's your problem with movie theatres? You go there and tell them to turn off all their shit so you can go to universal's headquarters and can only watch it there?

Am i missing something? I don't see how copying a video is wrong. Isn't that what all videos on YouTube are
