  • Great info and excellent shooting. I have the Rem. .221 Fireball. Do you know if they still make any kits for them. to change the stock and barrel? I would like to change it out to the 6 or 7mm ctg. Thanks for the video.

  • @knightingalesaid There aren't any "kits" but there are custom or aftermarket parts such as stocks, barrels, triggers, sights -- all available to customize the Remington XP 100. You might want to check IHMSA.org and their forum to ask members about technical points. Thanks for viewing and your comments!

  • Rampro was a semi-custom gun with options for rigth/left bolt and right/left port. Mine is left bolt and left port, preferred by Creedmore position shooters.

  • gunzorro, what would you recomend for a stock style revolver for shooting targets.? I'd like to shoot silh. style at 80 to 100 yards, nothing hotter than a big magnum. I had a 7.5" .44 single action and want another, what do you think?

  • Adjustable sights are a must -- good ones. That's why Freedom Arms rules the revolver category -- besides their amazing accuracy. I love my .357, far more than .44. Some shooters are now using the .41 mag since FA came out with it. But .357 is my favorite.

  • Did the fireball prototypes originally fire .222 ammo in 1963?

  • No, Remington used a custom shortened version called the .221 Fireball. Until the 7BR chambering in the late 70s, I believe the .221 was the only caliber available from the factory. Later, Reminton offered the 6BR, .260, 7-08 and .308, among others. Of course many shooters customized with different chamberings.

  • lol, define" real life situation", it's not like you'd use a bolt action pistol for self defense or even to attack someone offensively. It's for target shooting and hunting, you can sit however you want.

  • Most interesting position I've ever scene shot from

  • Never seen this before, The event, position, and type of guns I never knew about anything like this.

  • The Rampro looks like a left bolt right port.

  • I have never seen anything like this. This is pretty cool and nice shooting.

  • This is a really weird shooting sport.

  • @bighowieinnc Very Interesting, I will hve to try it sometime :D

  • @lavid2006 You shoot that way if you are hunting and there are no trees or other ways to rest your gun on. It's called the "Creedmore" and you'd do that if in a field. I have hit targets at 500 meters with this type of stance and gun setup.

  • this is the first time i saw someone use a bike on a shooting range (pretty clever)

    nice weapons too
