Shit.....if he was like any of the cyclists around here he probably thinks he owns the road. I work for the local PD and stroke bike tickets for redlights all the time. They think they don't have to stop,etc. but thats not true. A bicycle and its operator are to adhere to the same traffic laws regarding lights and motor vehicles. At least in our state they do. SURF AND SKATE FOREVER !!!!
