  • Lieberman is on Lieberman's side. He has lost the support of his own party, the one that was named after him. He will not be able to be reelected, so he is throwing as many spanners into the works as possible. His wrath will never be satisfied until America is a smoking ruin.

  • what's with all the fucking "create a cartoon" adverts. fuck sake.

  • Jeez where did they drag this 12 year Ezra Klein leg humper from?

Obama is risk and confrontation averse to a crippling degree.

And by that I mean his aversion to those things make t so the entrenched interest get exactly what they want and we the people don't get reform just some band-aides on a dam that's about to burst.

God conservadems like Mathew are sickening.

  • just watched this entire interview. no jane hamsher on here. this is a first for me. a headline on tyt thats a hoax.

    im disappointed.

  • What I don't get is when they say "Create a cartoon that just looks like you".

Why would they add the word "just" into that sentence, it makes no sense to me...

  • Cenk really dominated that interview ^^

I gotta be all on Cenks side here, not only because he was the loudest (I'm not on the same level as a Bill O'Reilly-viewer), but because I'm really skeptical of Rahm Emanuel, disillusioned&/disappointed with Obama etc.

Split the bill, strong PO through reconciliation, then the industry-friendly crap in a 60-vote.

  • so instead of reconciliate a 1200 page (2000?) bill.. get it thru normal mean.. and reconciliate a dozen page, the actual robust stuff

  • Hmm, thinking of something..

How about let the republican and the lobby get what they want, with some compromise in, no more pre-existing condition etc..without public option, let the populations see how it goes...

THEN, just reconciliate the public option (or medicare for all. ) and other stuff that are innacceptable in the bipartisan bill.

So at least, the rest wont be big issue, if they got bipartisanship on them..

  • Holy crap! It's TOBY from The Office!

  • THis is about destroying the lobbyists. If they can pass so much of the bill that the lobbyists are seen as a waste of money, then the lobbying industry is finished.
