@tomtrems im a winger and played both codes of rugby to a fairly high level, in league i was always doing something whether it be scooting from dummy half or whatever, in union i was busy, busy keeping my hands warm and thinking about what i was having for tea while the less than athletic forwards trundled the ball up the middle.....union may gain more support world wide but league is better to watch and play

@fazer990 i was watching gloucester vs leicester about 2-3 weeks ago and i was thinking exactly the same thing, but in my opinion vainikolo would probably beat him

Pitty Vianakolo cant really do anything well. Hes big thats it. They played him for england and he sucked, bad hands, cant kick, tackeling isint great(just because your big does not mean you can tackle).

@bedlami yeah cos booting the ball off the park every couple of minutes and having a big cuddle in the mauls & a big pile in the rucks is what real rugby is meant to be eh?
When the ball spends so little time in actual play it's no wonder you can be a fat slob & play international level onion. It took 90 odd years for union to get more popular than league, it still doesn't make it the better sport. I'd rather watch the local kids than the borefest that was the international world final

try tackling this scarborough!

@Keegan3005 er, u know that's a different player right?

@fazer990 it has happened. think was 2009 maybe 2008 guiness premiership semi tuilagi scores a try by shoving off like 3/4 players and vainikolo was one of them and was dead easy for him too.
-
@cruncher991 i disagree they would be way to easy to turn around. When england played wales the welsh kep goin at tuilagai because he cant turn his hips quick enough and when he has got to defend against people like shane williams or james hook it just didnt work. Its why wales scored more tried than u at twickenham and beat u in cardiff. To much bulk not enough skill
I'd love to to one day see Vainikolo v Tuilagi on opposite wings. The collision would be incredible. Although i think Tuilagi would come out on top

@fazer990 but which Tuilagi? If it's Manu then he'll be lucky to get on the pitch!
