The first half of Luke Schenn's season was pretty disappointing coming off of last years surprise success. The fabled "sophmore slump" managed to knock his game down a notch. That all changed around the time Phaneuf showed up. His shot seemed far more lethal, his positioning was more sound and his defensive awareness returned to where it once was. I look forward to seeing him grow with this team. How he manhandles veteran players at his age is impressive. As he gets older and stronger, he'll be one scary motherfucker. The human eraser lives up to his billing.
I haven't really had much time to sit down and edit lately. However I was able to find enough time these past few days to whip together this video. Unfortunately I wasn't able to give Schenn the same treatment I gave Phaneuf. A video like that takes far too long to make, haha. Anyway, expect another video within the next few weeks.
And one last thing, the amount of positive feedback I've received over the past month is astounding. So I'd like to say thanks, Leafs nation, for taking the time to watch my videos.

Luke schenn is a meathead. Hes a 2nd pairing shut down guy. His skating and lack of offense imo is going to bar him from top pairing duties. Leafs need a dan hamhuis type d man paired with Phaneuf on the top pairing. Gunnarsson is full of shit.
