The other thing I'm wondering is, can a person do this themselves? Nobody's home to help me do the test so I'm on the floor and resting the foot of the affected leg on the edge of the bed with everything else just like in the videos. Well heck, my bad knee just drops straight down.

It looks like all these ober's test videos, and there are at least a half dozen of them, are being performed differently. I think I get the point, but some of these actors aren't doing it right.
