Dictatorship is a heck of a lot easier because you don't have to deal with a congress/parliament/council or the needs of the people, but that's also the problem with them.

Bush can say whatever he wants. So can Obama. Beauty of 1st Amendment. Problem is they will act on such things. Bush was a tyrant and Obama just picked up the ball where Bush dropped it. Obama is just a more talented player.
