@Dominomusicians yeah, i have to play this piece on drums in our school's jazz band. i'll be performing it in a couple of days, super nervous :s hopefully this wonderful drummer will help me get a solo laid out. haha :P

lol we play this peace in our jazzband at our school... i have to play a "percussion-instrument" (i dont know the name, i'm german...) on the 2 and the 4, because our drummer doesnt get it! xD

Nice! I worked with Charly in his "Jazz Power" group in the mid-80s when Ilived in Munich. I remember a 12 day tour that had us going all the way to Kiel on the north sea. Great memories. Thanks for posting. If you know Charly, say hello from Greg!
