Usability Design: Hot & Cold - When Air Conditioners Go Bad

This is the final movie on bad Usability by Brandon N. Neeld for the Usability & User Analysis class. I've gone through the comments and tried to enhance the project. The sound quality has been improved all around, some of the shakier camera work has been removed, nicer, more complete credits have been added, and I've extended the project with a bit more information throughout. This project was done on my apartment's air conditioning system. Comments are still appreciated and welcomed so I can continue to improve for my good usability video.
