Is this amp ideal for Pioneer 308D4 wire it in parallel for a 2ohm load "400 RMS"? Or this amp is heavy for this sub?

Help hope someone can help me I have a pioneer gm h-100 but it doesnt have a control thingy and it has like a pugin place for something are this amps only for chevys and general motors. Because i think the stock stereo that came with my blezer had one of them plugins
