I used to think Myers-Briggs personality type assessments were silly. I've come around. Here, in a nutshell, is how I understand them. I am not an expert. A great resource is http://www.typelogic.com.

I don't get the MBTI. I have the traits of all of the above. And they vary a lot. I don't really think it's as black and white as it's made out to be.

I like the T vs F part of the video. I once went for 30 minutes trying to convince a group of people that Hitler was successful. They called him stupid and I replied that he was a genius. They said if there was a hell, they hoped he would be there and I added that if there isn't one, I hoped God would make one just so we could sit, watch him fry and eat popcorn. They were confused and so was I; until I typed myself. Anyways, the bottom line is, if you're not an ENTP, don't take it personally.

@roofdoubleflip its not meant to be black and white, its meant to say what your dominant traits are but everyone has other traits although some peoples are more developed than others. example: left brained people and right brained its not like you have only half of a brain its whichever side is more dominant.
