Conquer{Gallant Jiraiya}-Naruto Shippuuden AMV

Two years ago, Jiraiya died in the manga. His death affected me, because Jiraiya is one of my favorite characters in the animeverse. So much that I am the co-owner of the Gallant Jiraiya FC. At the same time, I was a huge AMV fan. However, YT doesnt have a lot of Jiraiya centric AMVs, so I decided to start making amvs and practice my editing skills until Jiraiyas last battle airs in the anime.

Two years later, I made this. The song I chose was one out of many that I had listed for a Jiraiya AMV. This song was on my top three J-man amv list for the last two years and I decided to make this first.

Okay, the amv itself was Jiraiya centric. The song, could be a TsunadeXJiraiya, but thats not what I was trying to do. Its mainly Jiraiya and his life, until his last moments.

Theme is Love. Even if his former student, Pein, became the leader of Akatsuki, he did not regret taking the three rain orphans in. His love for Tsunade (rejection makes a man stronger) drove him to become stronger. His love for Naruto was a chance for redemption for his past mistakes.

His love conquers all his past mistakes. Which he considers his life a bunch of failures and his death is one of them. But, his love for his students made him get up again and pass on the information to Pa-san.

Does that make sense?

Anyways, while I was making this, I kept tearing up. I thought I got over his death after watching this arc, but I guess it still gets to me.

The end was pretty lame. I guess I put to much heart into the end, it didnt turn out the way I wanted. After making this, I dont know if I should make another Jiraiya AMV. I dont want to tear up again when making a video. My vision gets blurry and I cant see the screen.

Dedicated to: The Gallant Jiraiya FC. I met so many people around the world in this FC. You guys are one of the reasons Im still active in the FC and still love this awesome character.
