The screen reader JAWS for Windows, as of Version 10, has a "Tandem" feature, which is similar to the screen sharing feature that is accessed through iChat on the Macintosh. With this feature, a JAWS user can get direct technical assistance from a consumer rep at Freedom Scientific, or even view an Excel spreadsheet on their coworker's computer. A JAWS user can also take control of their friend's or coworker's computer if they are having issues with something. The only catch is the host has to be willing to subscribe to a hosting service in order to get the necessary ID number that is randomly generated by the JAWS tandem center so that access to the computer can be granted.
u can use teamviewer to share windows screens ^_^

YOu can remotely control other JAWS-enabled computers with this. As such, yes, tech support can help you with a problem and take control of your system remotely. Be aware that if you are an IT and are doing this for a whole company of JAWS equipped systems, then your company (or you) will have to pay a montly subscription fee to Freedom Scientific.
