I composed the music and lyrics for this song. The music is what came first. I was lost for lyrics in the beginning. I scratched down the first lyrics, "Walk out the front door, I'm in love with this place." From there, it developed into a song about taking the time to acknowledge the simple things in life, such as nature, friendship, family, and love.

Very good, you have a nice voice and the piano patch you selected there on the KORG sounds like a real piano. Also this song sounds very professional like if it's famous and played on the radio, congratulations!! One couriosity i have, how did you connect the microphone, through the jack of the optional ''voice/ sampling'' card (sold seprately that i know of) which can be mounted inside the designated housing on the back that the KORG offers or did you have to use a mixer to do the trick?

First thing I notice: great sound quality. It's appreciated.

I like your technique.

I like the lyrics.

I like the music.

But it still feels like they aren't mixing in quite the right way. I believe that may be mostly on the part of technique (for both voice and piano). You're trying hard to reach some sort of style, but it's fluctuating between what you think you should be doing, and what naturally comes to you.

tl;dr >> I like it, but it needs work.
