  • All I read is negative comments towards this guy, the guy took his time and did research, your people sit on here and say he`s full of it.... what credentials do you have... cause I`m sure he`s got a lot of them... rather then hate on him and say he`s full of it, why not find a reason why he could be wrong, and if he`s not, be somewat prepared, what if by chance he`s rite, are you prepared.... !!!

  • that fking reporter, doesn't he know that what he is telling us is important info ?

why did he constantly halt, and stop jim from telling us more...

  • @CrazyCanadian909 :"Considering he has predicited every major quake since San Fran's quake of 1989."

I think the '89 one, was the ONLY one he got right. if he actually got "every major quake since '89 prediction right, he'd be a national hero. LOL

  • I know this guy, he has been working on this matter for more than 50 years. he is bright.

Just listen to him, he makes sense

  • I think we should be prepared by what he says and we can take what he says as legit. BUT the reason the reporter cuts him off is because he is trying to at least make the report sound somewhat intelligent. "Like homing pigeons I used to raise them" Berkland just goes off rambling and spewing out information in the most unorganized manner possible. The reporter is trying to stir him to make his point and make it clear for people that don't already know his point instead of being lost in rambles!

  • Jim Berkland is more knowledgeable than all of the skeptical dipshits that continue to comment and deny his proof. Guarenteed 99% of these negative comments are made by ignorant and most likely unintelligible idiots. Considering he has predicited every major quake since San Fran's quake of 1989, I believe skepticism would be the only reason to ignore his predictions. Wake up people. He's not predicting a 2012 event. He's predicting something that is, and should be by now, very predictable.

  • i see a pattern, do u? let's just hope it rocks around the artic, then the westcoast can panic

  • Waiting for the rumble... ;-D

  • Also this IS Fox News, and all that matters to them is big ratings.

  • @tudesi #1 Everyone in California should be prepared anyway, we didn't need anyone to point that out; a big quake can happen at any given minute. #2 People like me saying he's full of shit don't need to do the research, his theories have been debunked and not accepted by the entire scientific community. On top of him "predicting" big quakes year after year and failing.

  • Smart man. I totally agree. Too bad other scientist do not get it.

  • Honestly.... an earthquake can happen any day. you should always be prepared
