  • I've got one of these guitars in the tobacco burst finish with aluminium wrap over bridge. Do you still have yours? I can say that I am normally very fussy when it comes to guitars but this one is an excellent guitar. I've had USA Gibsons and this beauty is built much better. This Korean made beauty is built very well, it's very light and it resonates perfectly. The neck and body on mine resonate together in perfect 5ths.

  • @Musicartsandcoffee I still have mine I don't really play it, but it's a great guitar. I want to change out the pickups and pods, I don't like the twanginess of the stock pickups. It's tuned to standard right now, it's the best tuning for it without major adjustments. i usually tune to drop C or B, but i play in standard sometimes and i want to have a guitar for that anyway. yeah, everything aside it's a nice guitar for the price & being Korean made.

  • Wow, really nice playing man) Can I ask you about this guitar? Some people said that it would be better to buy guitar made in Japan(it won't be new) than buy this one. But as I heard this guitar is really great for her price and not to much people in my country have even heard this one, so, I just don't belive what they were saying) Please, help me man)

  • It is a great guitar for the price, it is very versatile, anything from rock to jazz to metal.

The only thing is, it doesn't have locking tuners and the pickups aren't the best for shredding metal. but you can always put locking tuners on and change the pickups, I got it because I like the PRS tremolo, overall it's a nice piece of wood. but for around the same price you can get a Schecter, if your looking for a guitar that is more for just Metal.

  • yo I just tuned down my guitar a half step to B-F♯-B-E-G♯-C♯ or(B-Gflat-B-E-Aflat-Dflat)

    and it's working really well with 11 13 15 28 42 54 S.I.T. strings on my PRS.

If you like tighter strings go with the 12-54 or 12-56.

  • those strings should be fine for drop B but you might want thicker top strings. Like 42 and a 54 or a 44 and a 56. just try it out and see what works best.

  • Ah, I forgot to ask. will it be any problem if i use 12-52 strings and B drop tuning on this guitar?

  • Well, first of all big tnx for answer)

I think I will buy Prs =) 'cause i need a versatile guitar) Tuners - I think at first time i can live with it, after all I can change it anytime)

    Tnx once more

  • First of all love your shirt man :P Had many pints of it this year march 17th hehe.

Second: love your guitar, and great + confident playing well done sir

  • If you go to my profile I list the specs for all my guitars.

The set up for my six strings are drop C tuning. (CGCFAD)

I use thick strings for my top string (54 & 42). I use SIT strings 11-54.
