what ever happened to holding on to every word you said
to every feeling we had to every moment we spent
it truely wasn't a dream but now it's just a past... is this real?
smiles and kisses to fights and getting pissed it's
nothing genious to figure out what we missed
the chances to leave bliss for love in the mist
but took the wrong turn and now look at what we hit..
all night we would be talking
to all of a sudden would be constantly fighting
over little things it did get irritating but now i'm
no longer crying from the thoughts of you leaving...
life was at a stop when i was with you
my world my issue to my miss use of issues
grabbing tissues from nearly losing you
now i stand tall with tied laces on my shoes...
the new improved me walking through gates gracefully
no more running way from problems easily
working things out carefully and always being stress free...
i thank you so much for every single little thing
you gave me a lesson to becoming a better person
and i hope you understand and comprehend
that it's best that we just stay as close friends...
