Kirby & The Amazing Mirror TAS 26:11.52 by mugg1991 (JPN)

Kirby and the Amazing Mirror done in 26:11.52 seconds by MUGG(THIS IS NOT ME, as you can see however, the author was kind enough to comment :P) by Kirby's ingame time. As you can see, the actual time is more around 28 minutes, however, this includes the ending because I wanted to make the video clean :) The ROM is Japanese, although, you will see very very few differences between the american one and the japanese one. I considered recording the demo in the USA rom, but I wanted to stay as close to the author's instructions as possible to avoid annoying desyncs.

TAS mean Tool Assisted Speedrun. This means that tools such as rerecording, slow motion, and other things were used to bypass the limits of human playing and attempt to beat a game "as fast as possible". This means that this video is for entertainment/learning neat glitches only. This is not meant to show off the Author's skill.

Lastly, I recorded this TAS by playing the demo in VBA-rerecord version 21, the 1454 - Hoshi no Kirby - Kagami no Daimeikyuu (J) (v1.1) ROM, with AVI recording plus some magic from a particular program called FFMPEG to compress it so it was suitable to upload from my crappy internet :)

Lastly, expect me to upload more TAS's and other speedruns(done by other people, but I may make my own one day!) that I find particularly enjoyable as I find the time :P

One thing I'd really like to see someday is a 4-player TAS of this game. That'd be awesome.

Too bad that doesn't seem possible anytime soon. (As it'd mean a frame-by-frame manipulation of four systems constantly synching with each-other. Even if there were tools that somehow did that, doing the actual TAS would be insane)
