Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, published in 1990

The book isn't divided into chapters, so I end each video when it feels appropriate.

  • That was fun. I haven't read that one. I've been on a fiction fast.

  • @MacNutz2 I hope stick around and listen to the rest! This is one of my two favourite books, and it's really good. Especially to atheists, sice we aren't likely to get all pissed off about the handling of religious subjects.

  • Have you ropped your book in the bath several times? You know you are not a fan of the book without doing so :P

@Coquipirate I would reccomend any Terry Pratchett book.

  • @monkeytail2002 I guess I'm too much of a bibliophile to do such a thing to a book, no matter how great a fan I'd be! :)

  • While I have not read this Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett book, one of my all time favourites is Neil Gaiman's American Gods. What a tour de force of illusion and all out insanity. Neil is the perfect writer of the weird and strange. He makes some of the crop of current writers look pale in comparison. Thanks for the recommendation of Good Omens.

  • @journeyer58 Yes, I too like American Gods, as well as Neverwhere. Gaiman's truly one of a kind!

  • So amazing cool of you (for lack of a better expression) to share / broadcast this book! I am looking forward to listening to all the installments.

Seems as if I missed out on a lot of activity. Well, I am excited at having this to look forward to...cheers.

  • This is my very favorite book! Yay for Neil Gaiman!

  • Oh fuck...!!! I REMEMBER THIS BOOK!!!! I totally read it before!!! Forgot about this one! Thanks for the memory jog

  • @Vitoldian Why Terry Pratchett himself advocates dropping it in the bath :P

  • @Vitoldian
