I had this surgery done in 7th grade I had a 48 degree curve at the bottom and 60 something curve at the top. I'm a senior now and recovered amazingly even though I had to go back into surgery a week later because they left the ends of screws in me.

@BeeryDorin I'm doing better. I have my 2nd post op app with my surgeon tomorrow. As soon as this fuses together I am GETTING THEM REMOVED ASAP! Lol. I'm really thin and they already bother me. I can feel the rods. How are u doing 2 yrs later?

I had my surgery in Jan 4 2012 and am currently recovering. I was just wondering when will my body feel normal again? My surgery went great. I had a 48 degree curve and one hip higher than the other. Now I am straight but in pain. :(

@elvee88 can bend, but my back is not possible in a curvature. As an arc so can my back doesn't stand. And my back is back right Yes but I always keep a curvature in my spine.
- I translate this cause i don't know how to say it in English. Sorry.
