  • same kid that did 380 probably gets his butt rocked on the football field, lol

  • @stuylocster actually anybody who could get around 330 on a regular dont-lift-your-ass-off-the-bench type of bench press could get 380 easily if they raised their hips and ass up off the bench. trust me. doing this way is like using extra push from lower body like the hips and legs. bench is strictly upper body, shoulders, tris, chest and back, so this is cheating and would not be counted at a lifting competition

  • they look too old to be high schoolers

  • still a fat piece of shit LOL

  • It is fair to say he wouldn't have gotten that strict form, but obviously good for a high school kid.

  • @cpizzle9 your right it would be cheating at a lift competition but where i think he dosent care and he isnt at one... and your wrong power lifters use leg drives all the time.. watch dave tate and you will see.. yah they dont lift there hips but between shirts and or there ridiculous arches its about the same.. either way the kid got the weight give him props.. o and if you do bench right its a full body exercise..

  • He got that too easily, put some more weight on the bar bruh!!!

  • Heaviest at my high school was 430

  • i was waiting for his back to snap in half

  • @KarmahhhHD

yeah thats true for bodybuilders but im talking about football. its just different. bodybuilders do do that without a doubt. just with me and football ive been taught differently. unless it wont count

  • @wildman473 Tuck shoulder blades and arch your back. Prevents you from putting strain on your shoulders and the arch makes you go down less because you don't need to. It's the CORRECT way to bench press. Any real bodybuilder/power lifter does it.

  • @KarmahhhHD

well maybe in high school in college and HS ive been taught to keep my back on the bench. unless it archs naturally. but its still impressive even though i didnt see another 45 plate.
