You should realize that The Master Cleanse is pseudo-science BULLSHIT. It's just starving yourself. It does NOT detox you.

I just want to say congrats! Im glad you kept it up for 40 days!! My first day is today (Sunday Jan 22) and i have never done a cleanse before. i am mentally prepared, i bought all the ingredients, i just have a few questions. Please please email me! LOOOL. i do that jiggly thing to my arm flab too! AHAHHAHA. and so does my boyfriend but he pinches it afterwards :( ill be starting this cleanse in a few days hopefully i get good results like you did! but not 40days worth. parents will think i've gone mad :P
