2003 Evo VIII vs. 2006 IS 350 pt. 2

My friends going at it again. This time, camera car is the IS 350. Evo went a bit early and IS 350 lagged a bit in 1st gear, but still good race. IS 350 starts to pull, but Evo lets off at the end of 4th gear. (You hear the Evo the whole time since my friend left his window cracked by accident.)

Evo VIII: downpipe, testpipe, 3inch catback, fuel pump, works drop-in air filter, speed element retune

aka AWD = Launch Monsters ;) but to be honest, I've watched a few IS 350 vids and dang...they can launch. Well I guess it also depends on the driver and all that crap too but yeah...

dude thats sad for the evo to only have 253whp thats stock... i put and exhaust,intake inercooler piping header downpipe and turbo outlet and im running 325whp

IS350 is also getting 4.7 sec 0-60 stock. The quarter mile runs range from 13.2~ 13.5 depending on weather.

Yeah the Evo break boosted. He put down 253whp/250tq with stock turbo. If we had more road to run, the IS350 would of started to pull. As you can tell, the IS was a little late on the get go but still hung.

Yeah, the evo needs more horses to run from a roll. Did the evo brake boost?? My buddy has one with same mods but no tune and he is almost half a car behind this dude who has an auto 350 with exhaust and intake.

the evo would def beat from a dig of course, but for the is350 being an auto, it is still very fast from a stop, most ppl that take it to the track run 1.9-2.0 60'ft.s wich is very quick for an auto!
