Very beautiful song. I recorded both on the classical guitar and on my goodall. Hope you like it. Which do you prefer? Classical or Steel? STEEL VERSION: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f4bH1VHxm-g

Recording was done straight into Rode NT4 with ProFire 610 interface.

  • Lovely sound and playing, Kevin. What is the brand of the guitar you are playing and what is the scale? The guitar has marvelous tone.

  • Thanks for dropping by. It is a german made guitar by a lady called Magaret Brunswicker. 630mm. Spruce top and maple back and sides. I really love the sound of maple back I have it in 530mm and 580mm as well.

  • Hi Kevin! This is a lovely song and you play it with such feeling! But steel or classical....? Hmmm...both :-D

Best wishes and all the stars,

    sam

  • Thanks Sam as always

  • i know how to play wind song too..

but not as pro as u...

i love the way u play!

  • Kevin,

I love Kotaro Oshio's wonderful arrangements too. I'm glad you don't stick to classical guitar/ pieces only... it will open up your taste to be an allround musician!

  • Really nice man. I've watched several versions but I think yours is the truth.

  • Nylon strings are close to plastic-like material, but a lot more flexible. It basically has a more harmonic tune rather than a full crispy one like Copper or steel.

  • ...the nylon comes smoother and with more feeling.

Just close your eyes and listen and you know what I mean.

    Respect!!!
